REFUND & RETURN POLICIES

We create our products with love and care, however, if for any reason you change your mind and you wish to return your item(s) . Please contact us immediately.  We will review your return or purchase for eligibility before a decision is made.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
We will however, like to add that our real human hair extensions are so beautiful that you will love what you receive and if there are any problems with colour or fitting  we will of course exchange your order for you.   
Any item that is already in stock and has the next day shipping in the title and delivery information can be returned for a full refund as long as the hair extensions have not been opened and have not been used. They must be wrapped and sealed in the original packaging along with all document
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase .
 
Non refundable:
  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts not due to us.
  • Any in stock item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
 
Refunds
Upon receipt of your item an inspection is done and we will notify you of approval or rejection of return.   We will then notify you of receipt of your returned item via email.   We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within that time. Please check your financial company account again.
 There is often some processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
There are no returns on sale items. 
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they were defective or damaged before they arrive to you. If you need to exchange your hair extensions, send us an email at fabhair@highclasshairmanufacturing.com for the return and exchange instructions. (Exchanges can only be done if hair is still in unused state).
 
Shipping:
To return your product, you should contact us for the return instructions.
Unless we have made an error with your order, you will be responsible to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
